We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Project Specialist to join our team. This role involves:

• Managing technical sales processes and driving business growth
• Providing clients with effective technical solutions and support
• Assisting in project management activities to ensure smooth execution
• Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and project goals

• Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills with proven ability to achieve objectives
• Expertise in Technical Support to resolve client inquiries effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships
• Knowledge or experience in Project Management is an added advantage
• Strong Problem-Solving skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.E / B.Tech, B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment industry or related fields
• Proficiency with basic software and sales tools
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Results-oriented, able to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits
